    Long Time Home Buyer - Documents?

    Got my first LTHB coming in tomorrow evening. I would assume I would need some documents of proof that they owned a house for "x" amount of years. What is considered the correct documents so I don't get this kicked back on me?

    Have a look at p. 2, middle of the right column, second bullet point under "Additional documentation."

        What a coincidence. Had my first client in who will finalize sale shortly. I had not paid much attention to the long time resident credit and was unsure about things. Went all over the place to find all the info I wanted to give her and now this post. Amazing.
