    First time homebuyer credit

Two sisters bought a house together. Younger sister is a first time homebuyer. Older sister is not. Does the fact that the older sister is not a first time homebuyer disqualify the younger sister for the first time homebuyer credit?

Nope. Two unrelated individuals that buy a home can allocate the credit however they want, so long as they don't exceed the maximum. They can allocate it all to the sister that is a first time homebuyer.
