Taxpayer who lives in Florida leases a mural to a Walmart store.His son who lives in New York told him that he needs a license to transact this type of business.
I cannot find any info on this type of transaction.Maybe it is a New York thing; I am not quite sure.
Any input would be greatly appreciated

New to me also. They should have some kind of contract spelling that it is a lease and claiming ownership of the Mural.
