    First time Home Buyer Credit

    I have people who ask me if the FTHB credit will be extended after April almost everyday. What's your take on it?

    Do not know. My usual reply is "You tell me what law congress is going to pass and I will give you the answer. Until then, nothing has changed."

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

          I suggest that they quit asking me and go to the nearest hairstylist or mechanic - they know so much more about proposed legislation than I.
