    Offset

    Client tried 800-304-3107 to see if she had an offset. Got disconnected after long wait. Is there a better way?

      Do you know why she was waiting? The number generally takes a caller through a quick automated process where they press buttons in response to the prompts. Generally nothing to wait for.
