    Please forgive - LTHB question

Under the extension period rules, have they decided that additional documents besides the HUD-1 statement signed by both parties is needed? If so, what?

    Thanks,
    LT
Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

Maybe this will help, although I wonder if they may have updated it since Sep 2009:

It appears that this is information that the IRS is requesting on a random basis. According to the instructions, only the HUD-1 is required. I recently advised a client that they may ask for more and he could attach if he wished to avoid possible delays. He decided to do so.

Thanks for the input Burke. This is what I did. They have only been there about 60 days, but had a telephone bill and electric bill at that address, so added it.
