    Energy Credit

    Client spent $14,000 on new wrap for their home including siding and some windows. Received no energy star labels or Manuf Cert. I'm thinking no credit. I find no literature that says anything about siding. Windows, maybe, but without an energy star label? What say you? And thank y ou.

      No to the siding.

      Cost of windows (only; not inclding labor) may qualify if they meet criteria.
      Before 6/1/09, must meet Energy Star criteria; after that date, U factor <=.30 and
      SHGC <= .30
