Client has Health Reform question regarding the new Medicaid eligiblity

I copied and pasted this from a website:

The benefits, meanwhile, flow mostly to households making less than four times the poverty level — $88,200 for a family of four people. Those without insurance in this group will become eligible to receive subsidies or to join Medicaid

Is there amt based on TP's AGI?
Gross household income before any deductions on TP's tax return?
Gross household income before any tax return deductions and pre-tax W-2 deductions?

While I like to help my clients, it sure would have been better if the health care reform passed in the off season.

Thats what I would tell client

It is TOO EARLY to be discussing the just past reform law since WE do NOT have info yet - How could we possibly be expected to give accurate advice?

I agree. The passing is not final yet. It is still going though the senate process and anything can change. Also, there is much talk of the GOP attempting many changes if they come into power after the November elections.
I would advise the client that the bill is still being worked on.
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
