    SC Dependency

    Taxpayer is divorced and will be filing Federal and SC. Exhusband has according to the divorce decree the right to claim the child but the Taxpayer has one hundred percent physical custody. Will SC follow the Fed in disregarding the divorce decree and allowing all dependent related benefits to the taxpayer?
