    NT - Car hacker

    A Texas man has been charged with breach of computer security. He allegedly hacked a car dealer's network. He accessed a system used to repossess cars. He set off horns and deactivated starters on more than 100 cars. The man claims it was a prank. Take a couple of minutes to watch a prank that's actually funny.

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".
