    1099 Sa

    Client says they did not receive a 1099 SA but provided info on HSA contributions/distributions. Anyone see a problem with preparing this return based on the info supplied by the client, or should I request that they get another copy of the 1099 SA? Thanks!

      If you are trying to e-file the return, I would insist on getting the 1099SA. If it is a paper return, I would accept the numbers the client supplies without seeing the 1099SA.
