    NY Refunds

    I just saw on the news that NY is delaying paying refunds.They are apparently out of money.

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

      They are auditing a lot of returns before sending refunds. I've seen a bunch of 2009 audits already, especially with the EIC.
