    Energy Credit on Non-owned Home (Rental)

    I have not researched, pressed for time and thought maybe someone has come across similar situation.

    Client has rented home for many years and landlord ok'd installation of a qualifying pellet stove. This is her "home" - but she does not own it. Can she take the credit?

    Edit: Nevermind - Code says "owned and used". Thanks for looking!
