    First Time Home Buyer 08 Recapture

    Does the recapture payments start when filing the 2010 return. Am I correct on this.

      Yes

      That is correct.
      If you loan someone $20 and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

                  Heard that from any of your clients. Yep your return is so simple I should pay your mr/ms client for the privilige to prepare your tax return. Think you might have any clients go for that? : )
