    no acknowledgments from IRS

    We have not received any acceptance from IRS from files efiled yesterday.

    Anyone else?

      I got several this morning... I'm in the Northeast and use Ultra tax.

              Check your settings. Are you asking for acknowledgments in your program? It has happened to me on occasion.

                  Didn't get acks this morning, called Drake they said theIRS 'puters are down, have been since yesterday afternoon and don't expect them to be back on line until early this afternoon.

                          We also called Drake and were told the system was down. We have received 2 out of many that were efile yesterday.

                                          Individual or entity?

                                          There does seem to be a problem with the IRS where entity returns are concerned. I haven't received any acks for them since Tuesday...
                                          Individuals tho, are flowing just fine for me (Lacerte)

                                              I submitted 1 - 1120 last nite, 1 - 1120 Extension last nite and received both confirmations Friday AM

                                              Submitted 1-1120S - Friday - received Fed confirmation waiting for State Confirmation

                                              All individuals I receive throughout the day all week and as of Friday nite.
