Just got a QuickAlert from IRS
Beginning March 8, a "Did I receive an economic recovery payment?" look up tool will be available. It will be a phone number to call. Web application will be available in late March.

Amazing

I'm sure all of you feel the same way I do.

All of the stilted talk about privacy invasion, not having info from SS Admin, etc. etc.
And all this time, they hold these concepts to be sacrosanct, and won't listen to anyone.

Amazing after this creating problems for THEM, none of this matters anymore. When it is a problem for THEM (instead of US), then something gets done. Sacrosanct or not.

We do live in an amazing world, don't we? I call myself naive but lately I had rude awakenings and do not believe any longer that anything is about "the people" and it never was. No wonder we have so many angry ones.
