    Repayment Of Home Buyers Credit

    I have a client who took the $7500.00 loan on the first time homebuyers credit. He will know make 500.00 payments. Are there any payments due on the 09 return or does it start in 2010???

      2010. We still have one year before they will have to start repayment. Hopefully that will be changed by then.
