    form 1034

    My client brought me a form 1034 for "dity move" $739.85 and federal withholding of $164.90.

    I don't see anything on "form 1034!"

    What IS this?

    Anybody?

    For now, I'm going to assume it is included on the w2 and get this return out of here.

      A DITY move is a do it yourself move in the military. I think that form is used for paying military members the difference it would have costed the military to move them. I've heard of it but never seen one.
