I found it interesting that meeting could be at preparers office or other location AND it only briefly discussed what if meeting could not be met (inclement weather?) - It seems to me that preparer has to agree to time/place and that agent cant simply come in unannounced and spend 3 hours!

With my meeting it was planned ahead of time for my convenience and did not last 3 hours either. I had a very nice woman that came and she went over alot of things and lasted about an hour; since I did have clients that day. Very nice, short and informative.
