Client has student going to a vocational training school and will receive an associates degree. how do i determing if it is "at a post-secondary educational institution elgible to participate in the federal student loan program", and thus a qualified tuition exense?

Some Ideas
You could have your client contact the school and ask them if they participate in the program. Or you could search Google for the school and look at the financial aid section of their website. One more idea would be to go to the FASFA website - they have a search function to find a particular school.
