    Fisher Case

    Just noticed in Kiplinger that in the Fisher Case (demutualization) the Service did not seek Supreme Court review. This should give authority to ignore the Service's zero basis position for 2009. If anyone has not filed a protective refund claim for previous open years the clock's ticking.
