    VA Disability Payment

    I have a client receiving a monthly VA Disability Payment . Am I correct that in Pub 525 this is not reported as income

    I agree with you. One thing to keep in mind (I ran into this this year) is that he probably got the $250 stimulus payment.

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

      Thanks and the 250 is how I found out about the VA. It was rejected on efile over the 250.
      I appreciate the backup on this
