    Prompt Attention

    I must compliment Joe Meyer from TMI-thank you very much.

    I had a problem logging in to this board for a couple of days. All the prompts failed in getting me back on board. I didn't get an e-mail giving me assistance with the password.

    I e-mailed Brad that I was having trouble - in less than an hour - Joe called me by phone and corrected my problem and I was good to face the world again.

    So if any of you have technical problems that won't solve themselves and you need help from TMI to get you back and running, don't hesitate to contact them.

    So once again I thank you.

    I have dealt with TMI people before for similar reasons, and have found the same eager-to-solve demeanor from Joe Meyer as well. Very customer-oriented, and the writers write from a preparers' perspective since they are preparers as well.

      Yeah

      I have not had a computer related problem with the board but I have dealt with customer service a couple times and they were really helpful. Most of the software companies I deal with I have to fill out a web form and when I get up the next day I find an email but in less than 50% of cases does the email completely solve my problem. If I elect to reply it will be first thing the next morning when I hear back from them. Grrrrrrrrr.

        My experience with the members of TMI that I have come across over the years has been top-notch. One-on-one is one of their strong points to be praised.
