    TTB and the "Hope" credit only

    The expanded Hope credit for midwestern disaster areas is not covered in TTB. Did I miss a update, is there more info? In the form 8863, ( which has pretty good instructions) there is a list of disaster counties and dates in 2008. Are the dates applicable to 2009 education credits? Do the kids have to have been in school during those disaster dates? I just don't understand? Any help?
