ProSeries user's, paying to file S-Corp, I thought it was Free?

I thought with the 1040 complete package for 2009, Business returns can be filed for free opposed to the $32 for filing an S-Corp?

I haven't had to do one yet this year so I am not sure…I know they changed the way they priced things this year but I can tell you that in the past years with an unlimited 1040 program you still had to pay-per-return for other than 1040 returns. I think $32. is pretty cheap and easy to pass on to the client in the prep fee.

As far as I know it is the e-filing that is free, not the actual tax return if PPR. Haven't done one either.

I called Pro Series and this is what they told me.

PS did waive the efile fee ($3/Fed & $2/AZ) to efile an S-Corp but increased the printing of the S-Corp from $30 to $32 Fed and $16 to $17 for AZ. So from 2008 to 2009 I saved a whopping $3. As guess that is better then not savings.
