    How odd would that be to have a Twitter page (or whatever it is) setup to tweet twits that their return is ready. Or ask them for more information. On FaceBook they will be your "friends" asking you questions all the time.

    I am not into Twitter or FaceBook. Don't really get it. If I need to communicate I call to actually talk to someone.

          I try to look at all the less than intelligent things that clients say and do as entertaining.
          Usually response with a smile on my face and a sizzling zing out of my mouth. My clients probably think I am crazy but they know I do good work.

          my mantra: I don't stress that is the clients job.
          Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
