I find it interesting that Lawrence Murray, previously convicted of tax fraud in Philadelphia, could use "CPA" in a business name.

If one reads the DOJ web site for convictions in connection with tax fraud by tax preparers, one will see the justices are including a ban from working a tax preparer whether an EA or not.

This is the type of preparer that is creating the environment for the "IRS Interview", "Due Diligence for EITC" and registration a tax preparers.
