    ProSeries users-S-Corp home office exps

Pro Series users, I just got off the phone with PS tech support inquiring if they have a form similar to the 1040 form 8829 and they replied no. The tech support person suggested I calculate out the home office exps including depreciation of the house based on the % business use of the house on msexcel then enter the amts on 19 of 1120S. What process do you use?

    I would suggest

you call tech svc back and talk to someone else. Open up your 8829 and go to part III and you'll see a quick zoom to Depreciation Worksheet for the client. Just enter the info and it'll transfer back to the 8829.

Wait a minute. A S-Corp. cannot have a OIH, a shareholder can only be reimbursed.

Must a "Corp Resolution of Policy (CRP)" been in place?

TTB 19-15 right side darken box refers to a CRP. How does that work for a single shareholder? For "Shareholder Use of Home" TTB 19-13 left side, did this CRP have to be issued by the single shareholder at the beginning of each tax year or just once? Where is this reimbursement reported on form 1120S?
