dissolving businesses

I have 2 LLC's and 1 corp that went out of business last year. They are all taxed as s corps.
Is there anything more that I have to do besides marking the return as the final return?

They are all dissolving the entities with the state. I will make sure the proper paperwork is filed for that.

But I did hear from a tax attorney that I value his information - Just mark final. I'd personally be to afraid to do that though.
