What software did this come from?

I would guess that this is ProSystem. An associate of mine is inquiring.

ProSystem? GoSystem? LaCerte? UltraTax?

Or are all of them so similar that it's hard to tell any more?

Doesn't look like Proseries, looks similar to Drake, but I think Drake actually prints "Drake software" on the bottom of the form.
