My 3rd and final call to tech support on this topic has resulted in ProSeries only allowing limited batch emailing according to tech support guy I talked to for over 30 min. It seems the batch email under tools will not allow the tax preparer to create a 100% custom letter, only partial customed. Also, batch emailing with ProSeries automatically includes a password protected document for which some of my clients will find confusing. I did request an enhancement to be able to batch email the client letter which can be 100% customized and not password protected. Please join in by also requesting this enhancement.
