Oregon Credits

I may live in Oregon, but the only OR return I do is my own, so I'd like to get it right.

I have the certification postcard from the OR Dept. of Energy with a number and the amount of credit I can get for my new washer. Good so far. On the OR 40, it's credit 729 for $180. But, I also replaced all the windows in my home. I qualify for the federal credit, but I don't see any OR credit for windows. When I did a search through the OR instructions, I can find appliances, but not windows. Is that correct or am I missing something. TIA.

Thanks, Gene. Our personal return is a very simple one and I'm not used to having anything out of the norm. I appreciate the links. That really spelled it out for me. Unfortunately.
