    TRX Pro bad Idea

If you are thinking in using TRX Pro think again. I did sign up with them and they will promise anything to get your business they sound professional an actually are very nice on the phone until you ask for your refund back. They have a 72 hour cancelation Rule
which basically means they keep your money even though they could not deliver on their promise. Usually any other company will give at least 30 days but TRX Alliance only gives 3 days because they know that by the time you get the disc with the program the 72 hours are gone and they keep your money.

In my case I purchased TRX Pro because I wanted to use the network option in my office.
We do taxes from 3 desks and the Pro Series Basic does not support the network. So I called TRX Alliance and they promise and stated that they could transfer my Proseries clients to TRX Pro. After 2 days spending 16 hours im my computer they were unable to transfer all my clients from proseries. When I called to speak with a manager they all say you only have 72 hours to cancel. Karen which is one of the managers said the reason they fail to mention that the conversion is not guaranteed is because their company does not want to discuss anything that seems negative and they want to keep everything positive. Also she compared their policy to a Surgeon that before you get a surgery they do not mention that you can die in the surgery room, which is not true, I told her to the contrary you have to sign that there is always a possibility that you may die.

Also one of the managers said the only one that can give you a refund is Doug Hughes the owner and I was advise to email him and he will answer back. Well it has been 3 emails to Doug Hughes and he does not even send an email stating that he is reviewing the situation.

I have never worked with an unprofessional company like TRX Alliance.

    You have been warned.

I was an ATX client until this year. I love the MAX but can't really tell where CCH is heading. I almost bought TRX gimmick when they marketed to sell ATX product for $699 something kept telling me why would ATX license their products to TRX while still selling now subsidized product at a much higher price. It just didn't make business sense. Well, now, how true is the saying that "When it sounds too good to be true, it might just be it."
