    Less than 10

    I don't mind registering as long as I don't have to pay a fee and I am under 10 returns

    Just wish I could manage to get through the NY site to register - I keep receiving an error message.

      Sandy, if you want to PM me your fax number, I'll send you the pages from that seminar going through the NY registration. He included the screen shots of going through the process. I haven't done it myself; waiting until the last minute. But, I know I'll have to register, so guess I'll get to it soon.

        Added: Thanks soooooo much Lion - with what you faxed - I was successful in registering with NY, so now official - what an ordeal. I have heard that many people have not been successful in registering with IRS e-services and I was successful at that - but I for sure had a hard time registering with NY

          You may very well turn out be correct but the NYSSEA suit makes something interesting arguments under the Supremacy and Equal Protection clauses. Give it at least some chance.
