How bout a reply from a tax professional in ND? (Anyone who knows the answer is free to respond).

Need to know the SUTA base wages and the general rate for North Dakota.

taxsite.com then click on state then click on ND This will take you to the state website
and to the various tax agencies. The info may be right there.

Been all over the ND site. Many states don't put this information on their website because they want a company to apply prior to giving out a rate. They say the rate is "industry specific" and essentially will not give their rates out.

I'm afraid unless we have a ND tax guy on this board, this question will go unanswered.
