    The United States government might have a bigger budget to work with -- if one bodybuilding governor would pay the back taxes it appears he never got around to paying.

      Outrage

      in this case should be directed at the Congress for not giving the IRS what it needs to collect back taxes or at the IRS for not properly using the tools it has or perhaps both. However, if we are honest with ourselves I think most of us would have to admit that if we didn't have to pay our taxes we wouldn't pay them.
