    Employee for privat person

    ...but not household.

Client owns several apartment rentals and keeps buying them, all of them in separate LLC's. He wants to hire an employee but how would that work? He does not qualify as real estate professional.

The only option I see is using one of his LLC's and then turn around and invoice the others. Any thoughts?

Yes, one of the LLC's could be a common paymaster and other LLC's would lease
    services therefrom.

And that will be one more job "saved" in this recession, ifyouknowwhatImean.

      Depends who's counting

The way the government counts jobs it would be one job for each LLC the employee worked at! So one employee and 12 jobs!

Thanks, yes, would be interesting to know how many jobs were created by this.
