    NC Power of Attorney

    Can anyone tell me how NC handles the issue of Power of Attorney? I can't find a special form so I wonder if they use the Federal and if so whether they will take a copy of what went to the IRS or whether you fill out a separate Federal Form listing the NC forms for which it is valid. If any of you know it would save me a call to the NCDOR.
