    fORM 4862

    I have a client who cannt get a W2. He has a final paycheck stub with the pertinent information needed for a Form 4862. Is the taxable gross the income reported on Wages, etc. I see no place to list the total income.

      Correct. Use "taxable" gross; not "gross gross!" grin
