State Income Tax

I have a client who is a full year resident of Arkansas. He is also retired
under the Federal Employee Retirement System(FERS). I understnd most
pensions received in Arkansas have a $6000 exclusion from State Income
Tax. Can someone tell me if the federal retiree receives more than the $6000
on his state return. Thanks in advance for your help.

On TB pag AR-4, lists Pension and IRA distributions. "Taxpayer's are eligible for a $6,000 exemption for retirement or disability benefits provided the distribution was from public or private employment related retirement systems, etc. " More to read.
