Anyone hear rumers that Obama has cancelled/changed this? Or is everything still in place?

so good. If this expires or is eliminated, I would imagine it will have less to do with Obama, and more to do with the fact this country can't afford to renew the provisions. I would expect it to go.

Anyone ever notice they beat the daylights out of the definition of a child, but they don't spend much time at all defining "parent"?
