New Dell Laptop with some Vista/XP pro OS?

On the Dell site Dell allows one to purchase a laptop with this OS:

Genuine Windows Vista Business Bonus-Windows XP Professional.

Anyone have this OS system on their computer and if so is it Vista or XP or a combo of both?

Is it a hog on memory and does it slow down your computer?

You might have already found this out but it means that Dell will install XP and send you the Vista disks in case you want to upgrade the laptop in the future. I think they worked a deal with Microsoft to do this.
