Zecco online trading, anyone, any clients use it?

They are located in CA. Has anyone used, currently use and/or have any clients use Zecco on line trading and if so please share your experience.

I thought I liked their low fees, but...

I had an account with them in 2006, regular investment account for stocks. When I decided the market was headed south, I closed the account and that's when the problems began. They didn't want to return my money. Took 3 months of phone calls and numerous heated discussions to get someone to release my money back to me. Then they issued an incorrect 1099. I won't do business with them again.

Does anyone have any input to offer on OptionsXpress?

I've used both E-trade and Scottrade with 0 issues. I liked E-trade better, but they wanted more money a trade.

No dealings with Zecco, I've always used Ameritrade and never had a problem in 10 years.
