    Education Assistance Program

    I have a client that wants to pay tuition for one of his employees. I am assuming employer has to set up some program that is offered to all employees. I know there is a limit before it becomes taxable to employee, but not sure where to find additional info. Does anyone know where I can go to find out how this program needs to be set up?

          You could start with Page 13-28 of the Tax Book or SB7-6 of the Small Business Edition. Both explain IRC Sec 127.
