Crap Cleaner, or Ccleaner as it is now known. Freeware. Very fast and does and excellent job. I use it daily on all computers.

Yep CCleaner is the best. I have used it on several customer's computers that are running slowly. Great to get it back to running properly.

I use "Advanced System Care" from IObit. It has other features too and the Home version is free. I cannot say how good it is, only that it doesn't cause any problems, which already means a lot to me.

Just experienced a problem with my e-mail again after upgrading my Anti-Virus.

I use it too and like it - also use the aforementioned CCleaner.
