    Turned 24 in 2005 and a college student

    Did not make $3,200-parents supported. Do they get exemption plus educational expenses and/or credits????

      Qualifying relative

      Since the child's income was under $3200, the child is a qualifying relative and an exemption can be claimed as long as the parents provided more than 50% of the support.
