    Medical Provider Financial Corporation I

    Does anyone know if this company still exists? It hasn't shown up on a client's transcript yet and I can't find a phone # or any record of EIN # this year. (Last year they sent a 1099-INT.) This client is old and I'm dealing with family members who need the transcript each year because they never receive all the 1099's .

    Is the name really "Medical Provider Financial Corporation 1" ??
    Seems pretty obscure?
    Tried a Google Search- but not much luck came up with this http://dockets.justia.com/docket/cou...case_id-55032/, not sure if it is the same or not
    Seems under Google to also be a Medical Provider Financial Corp, and II, III, IV

      Yeah, I got that one also. I'm thinking that maybe this client had money there and lost it. Or maybe the money was just moved to another account. The family doesn't seem to know anything. Thanks Sandy.

      Also, I did a search for the EIN with the state that was on the 1099 from last year (Nevada) - found nothing.
