    IRS interest rates?

    Can anyone provide me with a link to the interest rates and penalties charged for persons on a payment plan. The latest info that I found on the IRS site was for back in 2009.

    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".
