Sub category limits on Energy Credit?

Aside from the $1500 limit, have you heard of any limits within categories for 2009 Residential Energy Credit? (Like they did for Windows, etc in 2007.)

Looks like $1,500 max on all the usual stuff (doors/windows/insulation/roof/heat-air). No limit (of course) on the stuff nobody buys (solar/geo-thermal) and then special rules for cars.
