I have a cartoon that a client sent me, very short

Can someone tell me how I can scan it and then upload to the Message Board - We all need a chuckle

What is it a picture or a doc? When you hit the Post Reply button look on down to Additional Options. There is a Attach Files and then a Manage Attachments button. Click on that and then you can select the file at Browse.
